Hi all,
Whilst we agreed we don't need multiple support cases opened for this issue, I'm struggling to find one, in order to ensure our engineering team are working on it. Can I get the case number of 1 case opened for this please?
Thanks

I think i am unable to open a case since i have downgraded to 9.2.3...

This bug should be easy to reproduce.
We run Kerio on a Mac Pro 10.10.5 macOS with SSDs.
With 9.2.4 it is like running it on 5400 U/min HDDs.

Update on this issue ... It is being worked on, and we're planning on a 9.2.5 update to address it.

I would recommend a downgrade to 9.2.3 till 9.2.5 is out a while an we are sure it runs fine...
It may take some time until 9.2.5 will be released and who knows which bugs are this Update Wink
Install 9.2.5 first day out is reckless.

Well hopefully we will see what "the new GFI" Connect Dev team is capable of doing, hoping we see some good updates with new features that are reliable and fully tested. Would be nice to see something by end of September 2017.

I'm out of the loop... what happened to the Kerio dev & support teams? Bailed after GFI acquisition?

That's a good question. We do know that the update/release/patch timeline has really slowed down in comparison, so something is going on there.

Just discovered this problem after upgrading Kerio Connect to 9.2.4 in my test environment. Thankfully I always do that before going live....

Some of the forum posts I'm reading here about Kerio since the GFI takeover are deeply concerning. Is it time to start considering options?

Any word on the 9.2.5 update yet? I see there's not even a beta at this point.
