I upgraded to 6.3 from 6.2 and now I'm noticing that Outlook on the client machines won't run because it says It's using KOC 6.2. From what I understood before doing this upgrade was that KOC would automatically update to the newest version. What am I missing?

Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

Should I submit a ticket?

Is the web server service running on port 80? If not, did you specify the alternate port in the KOC Advanced setup screen? That's a likely reason for the KOC not auto-updating.

I think that you need to download and install KOC 6.3.0 from the download section on all your client machines
