Greetings:

For some strange reasons, none of the Kerio tabs (Spam, Out of Office, etc) showing in one of our user's Outlook. He's using KOC. Everyone else's Outlook is showing all the tabs.

Please see the screenshots.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Make sure that no items have been disabled (2002 and 2003 only). Disabled items can be viewed under the "Help -> About Microsoft Office Outlook". Disabled items can be reenabled from this dialog.

Also, make sure that you have no additional plugins enabled in Outlook.
In Outlook, go to Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options
Click on Add-In Manager. Uncheck everything except for "Kerio Outlook Connector UI Extentions", then choose OK.

Thanks for the tips. I'll look at his Outlook when he's back in the office next week.
