Please be much more eloborate, we don't have a clue on what's going on at your site if you do not provide much more info. What's your setup, LAN, what did you try yourself to fix the issue, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Obviously, the mailbox

test1<_at_>cukhoai.com

doesn't exist. You have to create a user or alias called "test1"

Maybe you should be aware that domain test1.com DOES exist in the real Internet. So you cannot use it in your test environment.

You are not sending to your mail1.com server but to one that already exists on the internet:

test1.com. A IN 3600 216.8.177.28

You should either use domain names that you own or setup your internal DNS to reflect test1.com and test2.com.

In addition to that, your IP address seems to be on the spamhaus BL, you can find details on www.spamhaus.org

Changing the hosts file does not help. KMS ist not using the "A" record in DNS but the "MX" record for sending mails. You must use internal DNS or choose domains you own.

test2.com can't connect to test1.com

Do you have a proper MX record setup for test1.com? If so, please post it here.

From test2.com, do a telnet to test1.com on port 25. Do you get the ESMTP greeting?

What role does your PIX play? Is it an SMTP gateway? Your error message says:

Received: from mailew ([192.168.1.1])

That means mailew must have SMTP functionality. If you telnet 192.168.1.1 on port 25, does it answer?
