Is there a way to block an exact iteration of a word, instead of a Substring?

For example, we were blocking (in subject, substring) the word "cialis" until we realized that all the resumes for "Specialist"
position were getting blocked.

Try putting a space before and after the word. I can't remember off the top of my head if that works, but give 'er a try.

I just tried that - didn't even block just "cialis" :) Also just tried "cialis" in quotes - figuring that would match an exact substring, but no dice on that one as well.

Are you trying to block subject keywords or body keywords?

I've got the same problem in fact i've just set in custom rules/subject substring the keyword HI with and without quote but then i decided to delete such a rule as all messages with usual (italian)words like cHIesa (means church) or cHIodo (means nail)were rejected as spam.
What's the suggestion ?
