I have a user who is using KOC with Outlook 2003. Suddenly, whenever he is trying to create an appointment in the calendar, he gets a message stating that a form is missing, and he can't create the appointment. He can still create appointments thru Webmail. Is this a KOC problem or an Outlook problem? Either way, does someone have a solution?

From what I recall this was an Outlook issue, and unfortunately I do not recall the solution at this time. I would do a google for the exact error message. You might also try a Repair and Detect for Outlook.
