Hi, We are new to Kerio, and still evaluating the product.

A major issue to us is if we try to import a PST file into KOC, it imports the folders and only some of the mail.

We have been advised to follow the instructions as per the web-site creating a dummy pop3 account. We can get this to work, however it is a local file only, (ie not server based).

We have been advised this is the best that can be done, and that we should just try to copy them across to KOC after this. That doesnt work, we get an error message indicating we dont have rights to do so.

Is there a way, of importing a PST file, directly into KOC that the imported mail is available as server based, (eg can be seen from the Web-Client)?

Unfortunatly unless we can get a solution to this, and how to get some decent support in this part of the world, it appears we will have to go to another product.

Hoping for a positive solution!

I have had the best experience copying from exchange / pop account s using a regular imap connection to Kerio.
