You can disable webmail by disabling the HTTP and HTTPS services in the admin console (Configuration->Services). Theres is no way to limit access to webmail based on user identity.

Actually, this is becomming an increasingly interesting (and perhaps neccesary) feature. And not just for yes/no webmail.

For example: with the new OTA ActiveSync support (more than excelent!) I would want to control who could use it or not. Currently everybody could, without me knowing it! (If handy enough to set it up, or bright enough to look for a how-to on kerio.com.) Ideally I would want to ability to fully control user's connectivity (yes/no POP, IMAP, KOC, Webmail, OTA ActiveSync, etc.).

I know, I know, this is not the place to do feature requests :) But I'm hoping for other user's feedback/ideas/input on this matter.

Effectively Winkelman you are right.
There isn't control on webmail, active sync etc.
My problem is that many users has learned to manage webmail and they have tramutated work email in personal email filling my mail server with a lot of trash and this is boring me.
Now, I submit a feature request.
