Hello,
since adding a new domain and several new users to my server I am now seeign lots and lots of errors in the error log. This gets logged several time every *second*... (I removed names and domains from the log).

[15/Nov/2006 16:27:39] mail_folder.cpp: Cannot open message file C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store/mail/xxxxx.co.uk/xxx.xxx/INBOX/ #msgs/00000006.eml in mode rb: (2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Can somebody tell me how to resolve this?

thanks

Stefan

Just to clarify: the messages listed there are not in the user's inbox - I don't know why Kerio thinks they should be...

Because something/someone deleted these files directly from the disk (which is rude).
Message index needs to be reindexed in that folder. The safest way is to rename file index.fld to index.bad in affected folder. Make sure that the user is not logged in his account at this time.
