Issue: Can't Get 2-way audio from NAT'ed client.

Description:

I have a callmanager's port 2000 SCCP, and port 69 UDP exposed through destination NAT forwarding to their IP. This works properly and I get 2-way voice if the client's phone (outside the firewall) has a public address.

If the client's phone has a private (NAT) address inside their own network, I can register to the callmanger server but only receive 1-way audio (audio from the client), packets inside my network do not return to the client phone because the client phone's private address is showing in the connections on the return packets from my system.

Question:

How do i get winroute to send to the client's public ip address as opposed to it's private address?
