Sorry, dumb user here, with no real company suport...

Seems like I went though all of this about 10 months ago when I bought a Blackberry and installed Kerio KSP to sync with Outlook so that I can sync KSP with my BB.

All has been fine until last week when Kerio KSP showed up differently on my desktop. The usual "Syncronization" toolbar item was missing from the top of the desktop and it also is not automatically syncing with Outlook. Why would this occur?

Please ask if further details are needed to answer. Again, I'm not the tech guy here, just a solo user of a Blackberry who needed the sync program.

One of my customers just came up with this very issue. In his KSP imap account the spam and the synch button are missing.

Thoughts???

Make sure that no items have been disabled (2002 and 2003 only). Disabled items can be viewed under the "Help -> About Microsoft Office Outlook". Disabled items can be reenabled from this dialog.

You should not have the KSP and KOC in the same profile.
