I am seeing this more frequently now with 6.3.0 that past versions:

"550 5.3.0 Mailbox alias cannot be expanded"

Does any know how to fix this?

It means you have an alias (forward, group, email alias, etc) trying to delivery mail to a non-existent location (such as a mailbox that no longer exists).

Odd as the user has a mailbox still? Any other thoughts?

I've also had this happen sporadically for regular mailboxes. I mean, KMS is complaining about aliases, while the address is not even an alias but a normal mailbox (user). Strange thing is: it's just a very sporadic error in the log for otherwise fully functioning mailboxes.
