I get spammed pretty bad and my junk folder has 33,000 emails in it.

I don't seem to be able to delete them however. I've tried from within my email client (thunderbird) and kerio disconnects the connection (without deleting the emails). I've also tried from within the web client, right clicking on the folder and selecting delete all emails. It doesnt hang as the hour glass keeps going round but it doesnt delete the emails however long i leave it (30 mins so far).

Any ideas how I can clean out all these emails?

Update..

I just thought, seeing as kerio does not seem to be able to handle that amount of files, could i just delete the .eml files via windows explorer?

When doing this make sure you are logged out of all of your email clients and don't forget to reindex the folder after the deletion.
