Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my Webmail, Since some messages have been manually deleted from the Junkemail folder on our server.

now when I try to delete the junk email messages form th webmail (right-click > Delette all) I have the following message

"Unable to move messages"

What can I do to resolve my problem.

Your Deleted Items folder needs to be reindexed. See the following article for more information.

If this should occur again in the near future, please submit a support ticket so that we can figure out why this issue keeps occurring.

It works !!! Thank you very much.

By the way, is there a mean to empty all junk email folders quickly ? because my users never do it...
