Hi,

We use the v6.2.2 for +100 users. I take me for example in number... Many spam (~50 per day) are detected and will go to junk folder, nice ! But many other (~50) are not detected and stay in inbox folder... sh** ! When I've spam that not detected as spam, I mark all as spam with the button, When spam are in junk folder, I delete simply the message...

I've configured the antispam "spam rating", tag score is at 1.2 ans block score at 3.5... minimal score, under it's dangerous (?). With I use blacklist spamcop and spamhaus and there score are directly incresed to 2.0 = directly spam.Today I've activated the repellent at 20sec... I see next week for the result. For finish I've neither caller-ID nor SPF.

Question :
- How do I use the "bayesian filter statistics" ? Is status is learning, but I've O spam and 0 not-spam... I work bad ?
- How can I improve my antispam filter ?

For help me I've read the chapter 16 from the documentation, and neither... In page I've found a link to "details on Kerio MailServer's Bayesian filter", but I've problem with language... ;)

Thank's, and sorry if my english is too french :D
JeanMarc

If the Bayes status is still "learning" with 0/0 messages although you already marked some emails as spams/hams, then the Bayes filter does not work properly.

Please enable SpamAssassin and Spam Filter logging in the debug log options and send the log (after you receive some emails and mark them as spam) to our technical support.
