Hi,

Is there a way to login to a user mailbox whithout their password?

On occasion, we need to login to a user mailbox to, for example delete some messages that it´s nagging him (User uses POP3 on his Treo and would like us to erase their SPAM).

Is there a way to do that?

Thank you,

This is not currently possible, but we do have a suggestion on file. Please submit a support ticket so that we can add you to the suggestion which helps us prioritize our feature requests.

It´s not possible to this using the "Master password" Feature? What´s the function for this if not?

Thanks

It is used for Exchange migrations right now, but that section of the admin console will be used for the true master password feature when it is implemented.
