I have a client that is trying to access a Multitech Routefinder VPN server that is behind our Winroute Firewall. I have added an additional IP address to the firewall computer, and have created traffic policies to allow traffic from any port/protocol to be forwareded to the internal IP address (10.10.X.X) of the Routefinder from the additional IP address on the Internet Interface. What is strange is that it worked for about 15 minutes this morning (the first time they tried since it has been set up) and then it stopped working, and can't get it back working. I have tried it both with the IPSec Passthrough enabled and disabled, thinking we may have another client also doing a VPN but that doesn't make a difference. Thanks for any help!
