Whether tell is at post server API? Whether It is possible to operate a server by through it API or script API?
Like i can create mailbox and configure it without console?

I do not understand.
In Any normal server software there is the API, here again too should be. If it API is purposely hidden from the developer it is a huge minus aside KMS!
How then works WebMail?

KMS is very good at messaging, not automation. If you're looking for a good server for automation there is a couple of other mail servers I could suggest, but this is the wrong platform for comparing mail servers.
