Hi there,
since my problem with the scripting host software before updating to the 6.3.1 release all runs smooth and well.

But now we recognize that no mails will be forwarded anymore with the automatic forward function you can configure so easily with the admin tool. With have some folks who need the mail which arrive at work at home, too. Nothing has changed, just the update to 6.3.1 about some days ago.

The mailqueue in the admin tool shows the messages which can't be forwarded. You can't start them manually and it says: dns lookup failed for the sender domain. Strange. It worked perfectly days ago.

I allready stopped the server and restartet, then the whole machine, I chaecked all entries in configurations but I found no mistake. So please, if anyone has a clue whats going wrong here, give me a hint :o)

That comes from the receiving mail server, not from your KMS. What host do you have in the "Internet hostname" field under

Configuration > Domains

Make sure this can be resolved by DNS. Some servers do Spam checks by trying to resolve the HELO id (which KMS takes from that field).

In the domain field there ist the correct domain name (about since 2 or 3 years allready) dwj-verlag.de, and nothing has changed. All users can send e-mail to all contacs, but just forwarding by the server directly doesn't work anymore with that strange error. Cause normal mail sending is ok, it can't be that the forwarding won't work, as I know they use the same function inside the mailserver.

Here I received a message with an info for the mailserver. It is in german, but hopefully you understand. Antares is the name of our mailserver. Strange is the domain error marked in red.

Der Server konnte Ihre Nachricht

Subject: sdflsldflsfd

How are your mails forwarded. I guess you have set a rule on KMS, can you post it here?

Yes, very strange, and we have no user called 37 or so. all users are named users.

But as Kerio_ktrumbull told, I submitted a ticket for this known issue.

Thanks in advance for a fast solution of this issue.

As I read in this thread, you have opened a support case with Kerio. So it is better to ask Kerio support about the progress of your ticket. Here in the forum, nobody can answer that question.
