1. Could someone direct me to the information that shares how to force Kerio to delete a person from the public contact folder automatically when that account is deleted from the server?

2. If a user email account is being used to forward messages to several persons, can that same deleted user be automatically removed from the forward that is being used as a mailer?

There is currently no synchronization between the administration console and the Public contacts folder. When you delete a user from KMS you have to manually delete them from the Public contacts folder.

No, there is no way to do this.
