Hi Everybody,

I have a problem with my Kerio Mailserver (v 5.7.10).
The operating system is RedHat Linux.

The problem is the following:
I have set up several users on the mailserver.
The mailserver itself forwards the mails to a encryption gateway.
The server is supposed to store all the mails which it received and forwarded to this gateway.

This it does for about 50% of the mailboxes.
But the newer mailboxes (about 5 or 6) don't store ANYTHING in the inbox.
I have a 20users licence, but only 19 users are in the internal database. 18 users are "tracked since ever".

Idon't get the point behind this.

This is VERY important, since sometimes I need to track older mails.

Greetings,
ICONBS

Make sure that the option to "Deliver messages to both mailbox and forwarding addresses" is enabled.

Thank you for the info.
But this is checked in the setup of all accounts. That's why it doesn't make any sense to me :((

My first recommendation is to upgrade to version 6 of Kerio MailServer (why are you using such an old version?) If this does not resolve your issue, please submit a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist you with this issue.
