Manual method - create two accounts in Outlook - one MAPI/KOC and the other POP3. Don't setup the POP3 completely yet - eg., no password. You don't want to send/recv just yet.

Drag(move) the e-mail from the IMAP/KOC account to POP3 account. Same thing with Contacts/Notes/Tasks/Calendar/Journal. List view works best.

At this point, everything should be on the POP3 client (.PST file.) If you copied the e-mail (did not move) then delete it from Kerio.

Assuming that since you are removing Kerio that the POP3 account will not be talking to Kerio. So at this point you should be good to go.

If you have a phone with Active Sync and enough memory, you could remove Kerio from Outlook, ActiveSync the phone with Kerio - make sure to get all e-mail, entire length, then Sync it to the Outlook client running in PST mode.
