I can backup only incomming mail(using relay incoming mail to another mailbox).But I need to backup outgoing mail too.How can i do it?

Hi

Not sure if you mean backup or archive. You can keep a log of all incoming and / or outgoing email by going into the admin console, going to the backup / archiving section, switch on archiving, then simply tick the boxes for the kind of email you wish to archive. For most of my customers, I set incoming and outgoing email to be archived, with a monthly rotation. This email can then be viewed by logging in as administrator either from a KOC account, or webmail. If you have ticked the box to zip old archives, only the current month will be viewable, until you unzip the month you want to look at.
