Where is the Exchange server located? Over what port are you connecting to it? Is that port (https?) allowed in the Traffic Policy?

If you have the next situation:
- your exchange server is also in the LAN
- the proxyserver of kwf is used
- the proxy settings of the browser are set to use kwf as proxy server
- you do not allow http / https traffic from the firewale to the exchange server

If this is the case make sure the proxy settings in the browser do not use the proxyserver for local addresses or enable http / https access from kwf machine to exchange server
