We are doing a clean install of OS 10.4 Server and Kerio 6.2.1 We are doing a rebuild of the Server's LDAP database and bringing this into Kerio. How do I incorporate the new install of the applications with the existing store of emails? Any help much appreciated

We have a similar problem.
We run Kerio Mail Server on a Mac OS 10.5-Server. We have to clean install the Server-System.
Our kerio mail store has a size over 100 GB and is located on a raid. I have already read "31.2 Moving configuration and data to another computer,Chapter 31 Troubleshooting in Kerio MailServer" but it should not be necessary to recover a backup, which takes over 10 hours.

Is there another possibility to use the folder /urs/local/kerio/mailserver and the original path /Volumes/XSERVERAID_1/Kerio/store/?

Sure. It is pretty easy. Install KMS and configure it in the same way as previous installation. You can copy .cfg files from old install if the directories for the message store backup and archive are the same. If they don't, open Administration Console and change the path for the message store to the existing (old) message store and the restart KMS.
