hey ,

when i enable kerio winroute firewall 6.2 my Windows Live Messenger dosnt work , even if i ckick the troubleshoot every thing looks good , but i dont know why cant i login after i enabe the winroute firewall>>

so please tell me what i have to change in cofiguration in winroute firewall ..

I have the same problem.I installed KWF 6.0 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.Are you using the same OS?

Enable UPnP support on the firewall (advanced options).

same problem here, and turn on upnp wont work. tried to enable upnp on pc and fw no change. msn just wont work with Kerio FW.

i an using version 6.2

does the xp sp version matters

I am getting the same error. Have tried to change NAT / Upnp settings, no success .. Live Messenger testing all works but users cannot sign-in my version is 6.2 on Windows XP .. thanks for any help.
