(Note: I'm working with Kerio support on this issue, but I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this and what they may know about it.)

Kerio MailServer version: 6.3.1
Outlook version: 2002
Windows XP SP2

Some recurring appointments appear two hours later than they should be. (e.g., if the appointment is supposed to be at 9:30 AM, the appointment shows 11:30 AM) If we try to correct the appointment, the time changes to an hour later than it should within a few seconds.

For these appointments, after March 12 they appear an hour earlier than they should be.

The calender is shared to all users for reading ("authuser"), and if someone else views the calendar, the appointments that are corrupt appear two hours later than they should.

If anyone has any suggestions on this please let me know.

It might be a good idea to make sure that the Microsoft Timezone patches have been applied to the machines running KOC, and the server:

Yes, thanks. I'm working on that right now and will let you know.

I've installed the update on the server, and now when I look at the shared calendar, it shows the correct times both before and after the time change.

I'll let you know if the person's calendar looks right in about 30 minutes.

One someone running Windows 2000 views the calendar, it shows the correct times for before the time change, but after the time change it shows ALL recurring appointments as an hour earlier than they should be.

Do you know if an update/fix/work around for Windows 2000 Professional? I know MS isn't releasing one...

I used this one, it's unofficial, and it seems MS isn't going to support anything b4 XP. http://www.intelliadmin.com/blog/2007/01/unofficial-windows- 2000-daylight.html

Of course you use this at your own risk

Thanks for the tip.

Kerio Tech Support also referred me to the TZEdit program available from Microsoft, which works as well if you only need to fix a handful of systems.

Updating the server and the XP workstation fixed the issue.

Had to use the .reg import specified on the page listed below before I could get it to work on W2K workstation...
