I'm testing Kerio Mailserver, but I can't install the Outlook Connector on WinXP SP2 (up-to-date with MS security patches):

Besides turning off the virus scanner and other spyware tools, I tried several possible solutions like (re-inistalling) Windows Installer v5.6, (re)installing VB Runtime 6 SP6, .Net Framework 1.1 SP1 and 3.0, but to no avail.

If anyone has any idea on how to solve it, please share...

Best regards,
Pavel Dobry (Kerio)

This is a common error for installation created by the InstallShield application if the system is missing support for VBscripts. The solution is to download an install Windows Script for Windows XP: 7d943-7e4b-4622-86eb-95a22b832caa&DisplayLang=en

Hi Pavel,

Thanks for the quick reply, but I already installed Windows Script v5.6 (I made a mistake in my previous post; I mistakingly called it the Windows Installer 5.6).

Best regards,
