I'm running a trial version of 6.3.1 on OpenSuse 10.1 without any problems; stable and error-free.

Since CentOS is a RedHat based distro KMS will work perfectly fine (or at least it has for me). Fedora (which is officially supported) and CentOS are extremely similar...

CentOS is not an official supported Operating System at this time. This means that if you run KMS on CentOS, you would not be eligible for technical support.
