Using Remote POP3 Mailboxes with sorting rules (Kerio mail Server 6.1.2 b569).
Users in Cc and/or Bcc fields do not receive messages, only user from preffered header got it.
How could I fix this problem?
TIA

I've never seen this error message, so as for fixing it I defer to others with more experience, however, if you're able, I'd say start by upgrading to the current version of the software 6.3.1. Wish I could be more help.

This could happen if you've enabled the option 'Drop duplicate messages' in the POP3 account settings in Kerio Admin console? Did you enable it? Then turn it off.

You can look this up in the manual for more clarification.

Many thanks, already done by myself. BTW, problem solved after disabling the option 'Drop duplicate messages' and restarting KMS.
