Hi all

My situation:
Kerio mailserver 6.3.1
Thunderbird version X (doesnt matter which version)
Prot. IMAP

IMAP search for title and from works ok!
But search for entire message (body) gives always 0 results.

Don't know if its Kerio or Thunderbird related.

Anyone?

thanks

This is just a wild guess:

I can imagine Thunderbird only be able to search message bodies if you've enabled it to store messages in an offline cache.

IMAP leaves all mail on the server and thus it could be to much to search through all messages on the server. Messages being in a local cache could be more easily (and faster) searched through.
