Hello,
im new to Kerio and hope that my english is understandable Smile

Ive just installed Kerio Winroute and when starting the service i lose my Internet connection and of yourse can not share is as a proxy.
Is it possible to use this Software with only One NIC installed?

ans another question - what do i have to enter on the clients as proxy server e.g.?

No, that's not the way to use KWF. You need 2 NIC's to properly use KWF as router/firewall.

proxy settings of client:
for HTTP and HTTPS enter ip address of firewall and port 3128 (default port setting of proxy of kerio firewall).

Also check if you have the traffic rules configured:
name: proxy
source: lan
dest: firewall
service: HTTP proxy
action: allow

name: HTTP to internet
source: firewall
dest: internet
service: HTTP, HTTPS
action: allow
translation: NAT default outgoing
