Using Entourage for Mac to create a Note in an "Exchange" contact works. But if the note contains any line returns, the returns are converted to spaces. If the note is created as a comment using Kerio webmail, the line returns are maintained when Entourage reads the note.

For example, this:

First line
Second line
Third line

becomes, this:

First line Second line Third line

Is this a known issue and, if so, is there a fix?

Thanks,

Will Mayall

I did, thanks. Kerio has opened a bug report.

I posted a message here to see if anyone else had seen the issue.
