when i want to open kerio with IE with HTTPSi recived this error

Yes basically Kerio installs a "Self Signed" certificate which means the connection is secure but as your server is not a globally trusted certificate issuer then the certificate is maked as not being trusted.
You will either need to
A) Tell everyone to accept the certiicate as a trusted provider.
B) Purchase a Signed Certificate from a certificate issuer and install it on the mail server.
If you want to fix the second error (different address) then delete your current signed certificate and generate a new one with your mail servers proper address.
