We're having an odd situation (6.3.1 on Windows Server 2003 SP2)

We have several folks who get calendar and contacts over the air with ActiveSync. Since we've entered into DST, any appointment created in WebMail or Outlook shows up as an hour later on the phone. Any appointment created on the phone shows up correctly in all places.

Mailserver machine, all XP workstations, and the phones themselves all have been updated per Microsoft with the DST patches for each system. I've verified that all the machines and phones are in the same time zone (Central Daylight Time)

Any ideas? Anything else I should be looking out for?

I should add that these are T-Mobile Dash devices.

Does 6.4.0 Beta address any DST-related issues in particular? Have there been any "positive side-effects"?
