Is there an easy way to migrate user's mail from Mac OSX Server (postfix/cyrus) to Kerio?

Kerio provides several migration utilities, but none for Mac OSX users. I don't have a lot of mail to move (a few accounts and a few thousand messages) but I'm wondering if anyone has been able to accomplish this.

Thanks.

I've used imapcopy to directly move email over, I've also used Thunderbird, logged into both accounts using IMAP and dragged the emails across,

before i shut down my old mail server, which was imap, i copied all mail from the server to local folders. then, when i started up kerio, i hand copied mail from the local folders to the newly created folders. not so bad at all.
