hi,

we want to configure our server in such a way that any mail sent by user, a copy of that mail should be forwarde to a local user.
so 1 mail will go to actual receipiant & a copy goes to a local user.

could you use the archiving function to achieve what you are after...?

by archiving i will not get emails in a mail format, it will be a like a file. i want on the fly solution. i want all the mail going out should also go to a local email box.

thnx alot. now i am getting all the email going out to 1 email id. if i want multiple users to get out going msg how do i add them.
