I recently migrated away from Exchange 5.5 to KMS 6.3.1. I have a few issues I can't seem to resolve and thought maybe I could get some help here.

1. I have e-mails that were migrated over that show the From: or To: address surrounded by quotation marks. For example an email from John Doe is listed as "John Doe" which really screws up sorting and searching of e-mails. I have seen in only in the From: or To: fields, not in the Sent, Received or Subject fields. Is there any way to remove the quotation marks? If it does not change the From: field to the name with quote marks, then it converts the message to a multi-part Mime message and we lose the attachment.

2. I have one user that had a rather large message store so I didn't use the Kerio Migration Tool because it had already timed out on other mail boxes that weren't quite as large. So I have been trying to manually copy over some e-mails by exporting the users's exchange folders to a pst file and then importing the e-mails from their. I keep getting one of several errors:
a. MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND Error 0x8004010f
b. Unable to move some e-mails
c. There are a couple of others but I don't remember what they
said and I haven't written them down.
