Hi,

I have a mail account which we use to share mails.. it means..

You send mail to this account account<.a.t.>mydomain.com and then, this new mail is stored in a directory which is shared to the company.

Using KOC we can see the shared folder, read and delete the mail. If, we don not delete this mail ir our mail account, the shared folder is becoming bigger and bigger..

I only want to share daily mails.. it is... is possible to configure a script to delete automatically 1 day ago mail? We only want to share/have or read current day mail and at 00am delete all mail and get new.

Is possible?
best regards

Hello,

There is currently no such functionality in KMS (current version 6.3.1). Many users have requested this type of functionality for deleted items and junk email folders. If you are a registered user, it wouldn't hurt to add your request to the collection via support<_a.t_>kerio.com.

Meanwhile, the safest method would be to have a client application with scheduling support set up to purge the mail as you have specified. Others have set up scripts on their servers to delete files and purge the associated index.fld files. However, Kerio support will tell you that messing with KMS data behind the scenes is bad, very bad.

Best of luck,
Lyle

It might be bad, but then they have to give some solution.

I also want to automatically delete mail older than 3 months in the deleted items folder.

Anyone ready to share a script?
