Hi,

how can I kick a user immediately ?

e.g.:
-10 licenses are installed.
-10 users use the internet
-Another user needs to use the internet urgently

How can i kick one of the 10 users so that the new user could use the internet immediately ?
It seems that users/hosts still stay "online" if I use "Logout user"

Could someone help please ? Thank you.

I think a users takes-up a license for a 4 more hours after the connection is no longer in use. Or something like that.

To be sure: contact support (phone or submit ticket)

At Users/Authentication options you can specify a timeout for automatic logout.
To logout a user by hand: go to status / hosts/users. Select the user, rightclick and select logout user.

Thank you for your reply.

But this is exactly the point i do NOT understand.

Everytime that I klick on "logout user", the user is still in the "hosts/users" list and blocking one license... Crying or Very Sad
