create an email group with all the addresses you want to archive to, and use the group address in the archive blank.

Using a group implies using local addresses as archive recipients. Won't this create an 'archive loop'? Mail comes in, a copy is send to the group containing local users, this distribution then once again initiates archive copies, etc.

Perhaps a Distribution List, where you can use external recipients? Still, test to see if the actual distribution doesn't create another 'archive loop'.

Kerio is smart enough not to see the initial archive copy email as a normal, to be archived message. That may not be true when you start using groups...

good point, i didn't even think of that. however, his orginal post(other thread) said that he only needed an archival copy of what was sent. so if that is all he is archiving, it should be ok with an email group. but of course, i could be off the mark.
