Whenever a contact is created in my Contacts folder with only a company name and phone number, I am receiving an error message. The error is "The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted or moved, or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy of it in the default folder for the item?" If I choose Yes, the contact is duplicated in my Contacts folder. If I choose No, the contact is only there once, but I have users complaining about receiving the error. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

I reported that a while back and was told it's a known bug. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether or not they'll fix it. Best bet is to fill out a support request... maybe if enough come in it'll make it to the to-be-fixed list.

Thanks. That's what I thought. I will fill out a support request.
