The server hard disk on which Kerio Mail Server ran got corrupted, and I had to reinstall Windows Server and KMS again. So I lost the config files.

I have not lost the data/mail files as these are backed up regularly.

I have reinstalled KMS and am pretty confident that it's the same config as before the crash.

User accounts though only list mail received since the rebuild, even though I can see in the #msgs folder all of the messages since before the crash are still there. Users are accessing through the built in webmail client.

How can the old messages be seen by users ? What is the issue ?

Thanks
