how do I set up an account to forward to another account, in such a way that when the second account has an out of office enabled, the people sending to the first DO NOT get the out of office.

person B wants to spy on person A, so Person b has admin setup forward on Person A's email, when ever person B goes on vacation and enables out of office, people sending to person a get those out of office. how do I stop that?
