I have an XP machine with Outlook 2003 and am connected to a Kerio mail server, via Kerio Outlook connector. 6.1.4

we are going to drop kerio in about 3 weeks, and i want to back up all my folders, contact, ....mail...etc.

Can i do this in outlook?

I just recently found that the kerio outlook connector store, did not create a .pst file like my other profile did....

how can i back up my kerio mail ?

Also, if i just keep the kerio connection profile and later turn off the mail server, will my kerio outlook connector profile keep the settings in outlook?

thanks

In outlook, create a personal folder. Connect it to your new e-mail server or point it to something other than your Kerio account. (If you point this new account to your Kerio, all your Kerio email will end up in one folder, the inbox.)

Now that you have both KOC and PST, you can drag and drop between them. Alternatively you can right click and specify COPY in KOC, and then PASTE in your PST file.

It's the same method I used to move my PST file into KOC, but in reverse.
