Ok, we are finally moving from TeamAgenda to KMS. But I do have two problems :

1) Rooms reservations are done this way :

- We create a calendar folder in the public folders with the room name

- A user go in the room's calendar folder, create a new event and add attendees

- The event is added in the public folder and sent to users

Problem is : someone can schedule an another event in the same timeframe as the first event, without any warnings. I didn't find a way to resolve this problem. How do handle this ?

2) We have a couple of resources in TeamAgenda. Those resources are calendars that people can invite :

- User create a new event, and add "My group calendar" as a attendee

- The event is added to all attendees, including "My group calendar", where the event is automatically added.

Again, how can I do that in KMS ?
