Forward the proper ports.

You can Map the ports to a specific machine. You will want specific address allocation in your DHCP server to ensure that your Map always points to the correct machine.

In Traffic Policy set:

Source - Any ; Destination (this will be your outside public IP) ;
Service RDP: Port 3389 or VNC: Default Port 5900 ; Action - Permit ; Tanslation select > Destination (NAT) Port Mapping Translate to the internal IP of your machine.

Is the remote computer behind a firewall or you're behind a firewall?

Situation #1:

Source: WAN Interface (internet)
Destination: Firewall
Translation: MAP to client IP (computer you're want to connect)
Service: RDP, VNC
Action: allow

Situation #2:

Source: LAN Interface (local network)
Destination: WAN interface (internet)
Translation: NAT
Service: RDP, VNC
Action: allow
