When we add a new appointment in the Public Calendar and set the reminder we get the fallowing error.

(The reminder for "Appointment" will not appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks folder. Is this OK?) With YES OR No boxes.

The KMS is 6.3.1 Build 2402
The KOC is 6.3.1 T2.402

Thanks

That's how Outlook works. You will only get reminders in the default Calendar and Tasks folders.

It was working until about last week. We are still getting the reminders that were set when it was working.

i know! But this a MAIN reason why we are searching an alternative for Exchange.

i really like the integrated approach (active directory, entourage, ...) of Keiro but I will not bear the downsides of exchange in our next groupware solution. For me this is really a "blocker".

Is there a workaround, ... for this "problem"?

Björn
