KWF is not a traffic shaper, so what you want is not really possible.

Look here:

http://bandwidthcontroller.com

They say that it works with KWF.
I haven't tried, but I am also interested.
Let me know if you try it and find it working, please.

Thank you!!!
i downloaded and installed "Bandwidth Controller Enterprise Edition"
and it works better than i could have asked for.
ok its not that easy to use at first but when u start to figure out
how to do things then you will love it.

and the Remote administration works great also
so give it a try.. easy to install and you don't have to reboot

no i don't get any errors everything works great..
check that you didn't sett the "Download capacity" and "Upload capacity" to low. i did that. they want kilobits per second so
if you can download at 1000 kB/s you need to set the "download capacity" to 8000

1000 kilobyte = 8000 kilobit

the KWF server and installed it. no need to reboot or anything it worked directly KWF did not complain about anything.
did you open the port for the Controller in KWF? (TCP Port:24824)
sorry that i can't help you more
