Hi

I've a little problem... When i sending mail (KMS 6.3.1) my smtp server delay 30-35 sec to posting message. No "delay smtp greeting" checkbox marked.

Sorry for misspelling.

thx

I experience the same problem. I'll send something and it jumps to 30% sending and hangs the program for 2 or 3 min, if it doesn’t lock up outlook.

(KMS 6.3.1 Build 2402)
(KOC 6.3.1 T2.402)

Maybe your firewall automatically adds a SMTP time-out?
This was the case in our firewall, which is done because of the fact that port-scans or harvesters usually have a much shorter time-out and give up on trying to reach your server.
They have this short time-out because they don't have time to wait for inresponsive servers and to prevent back-tracing.
If there isn't a response, they'll just move on.
